The ‘Football Association of Wales Fair Play Campaign’ ran from Friday the 27th of September to Sunday 6th of October which reinforces the importance of mutual respect on and off the pitch and encourages a reduction in on-field misconduct.

On Friday evening before our JD Cymru North League game against Prestatyn Town, we welcomed Stuart Lawrence from the FAW to The Hollingsworth Group Stadium.

Stuart is a FAW Council member for the JD Cymru North and he came to award Airbus their FAW Fair Play Award for Season 2023/24.

The award was accepted by our captain Joe Palmer on behalf of the club, as Airbus recorded the best disciplinary record in the Cymru North last season. Along with the award a monetary donation was given towards new equipment for the club.
