Saturday's game was a battle, how would you sum the game up?
M.A. "We knew it would be, as they have a very good home record and would be hurting from their defeat last week.
So it was important that we dug in and matched them physically, which we did at times.
We didn’t pass it as much as we normally do and that was our downfall as we went long too much and too often throughout the game.
The two times that we had any passing phases Kaiden scored and their goalkeeper made a double save"
We had a few players missing today?
M.A. "Four key players and Jake who is currently injured as the game was moved from the Friday to the Saturday.
The four would have given us more experience in situations in the game for sure.
However, we felt the players we had could get something from the game and take opportunities"
This is only our second loss of the season and after our defeat against Colwyn Bay, we went on a 13 game unbeaten run, will that be what you are reiterating to the squad?
M.A. "We spoke after the game when emotions were high and will meet in the week during training.
Our focus won’t be drawn away from what we want to achieve and that will go to the next game which is Llay in the cup"
Next weekend is a break from the league and we turn our attention to the Welsh Blood League Cup as we travel to Llay?
M.A. "Yes looking forward to the next game.
Having two good sessions together on the training pitch and prepare for a cup game which will be difficult away at Llay"
